The alleged drug dealer and hitman of Kerwin Espinosa has surrendered to the police.
Yesterday afternoon Rowel Malibnangan went to Albuera Police, he said he was the one who pick-up the bag containing two kilos of shabu at the bus station in Pasay City.
Malibnangan said he is a personal security and hitman of Kerwin Espinosa. He disclose that his former boss has a gun-for-hire group. Malibnangan was one of the names mentioned by Kerwin’s father Albuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr.
According to Albuera Police the surrender of the alleged Espinosa’s hitman will help in resolving the cases of massacre in the area.
